PRODUCTS AND CONDITION

The Bougie Mug Co specializes in collectible, discontinued, vintage, and pre-owned merchandise. Unless specifically stated otherwise, items should not be assumed to be new.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately photograph and describe each item, including noticeable flaws, wear, damage, or other condition issues.

Vintage and pre-owned items may show normal signs of age or previous use, including minor surface wear, scratches, utensil marks, variations in finish, manufacturing imperfections, or other characteristics consistent with their age.

Product photographs are considered part of the item description. Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device or display settings.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Many items sold by The Bougie Mug Co are unique, discontinued, vintage, or available in limited quantities.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee availability. An item is not reserved until checkout has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable because of an inventory error, damage discovered before shipment, duplicate sale, or other circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, inventory, or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.

Orders may be canceled by the customer before shipment. Once an order has shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We package fragile merchandise carefully. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain the item, shipping box, and all packaging materials. Photographs of the damaged merchandise, exterior shipping box, and interior packaging may be required to resolve the issue or submit a carrier claim.

Please do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the matter has been resolved.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

COLLECTIBLE MERCHANDISE AND TRADEMARKS

The Bougie Mug Co is an independent reseller of collectible and pre-owned merchandise.
